This car does not get enough attention as one of the best of Oppo. So I give it a special post with Toby butt.
This car rules. Fight me.

It is pretty awesome! What’s the white car on the left in the last pic? Looks Italian? Maserati?

Can’t be.
It’s not on fire and there isn’t a tow truck in either frame.

It could just be horribly rusted in places we can’t see.

Trust me. It’s not a Maserati. It’s not even Italian.
Hint: count the lugs.
(Yes, I know exactly what it is.)

Yup, Peugeot - I just don’t recall the door handles looking like that, but I guess I am just crazy!
Although I’m not COMPLETELY crazy as it was partially styled by Pininfarina, so I knew I saw some Italian in there somewhere!

Ding!
Only one other model used those door handles, the 305. That’s why you don’t remember them.
This particular one was likely originally sold in the US (they used to sell here, believe it or not ,) and is probably a 1985-ish GTi.

I like wagons and all, but a friend in college had an 88 Alltrac and it...... was...... a wesome.
